This week I ponder exactly what it means to be tasked with the creation of a new service for our customers. I'm certainly feeling a bit of that Imposter Syndrome nipping at my heels and wondering if I'm ready to be in charge of a task like that.

For now it's all internal facing but the end goal of the project will be a new service we can offer our customers. Something that we hope will give our support teams and customers a better experience overall.

Really excited to take on this new challenge overall though despite my nerves.
